Aerobic Unit Maintenance

Maintenance Service Requirement

As an owner of an aerobic septic system, you may be required to maintain a maintenance contract at all times. Your maintenance company must hold a Class II On-site Sewage Facilities or Class D license. New systems come with a 2-year service contract. TCEQ recommends, all owners of aerobic systems to maintain a factory-authorized service provider for the lifetime of the system.

Service Report Following Our Inspection

A-1 Wastewater provides the best maintenance service — after we inspect or service your aerobic system, we'll leave you a copy of the service report on site to keep you informed of our services. We also forward a copy of your current maintenance contract and inspection to your County's regulatory authority.
